Successfully launched a referral programme with Mention Me which was a key driver in boosting new customer acquisition and increasing overall sales.

The Refer-Another-Practitioner  program was a huge success. It contributed to 10% of total new customer acquisition each month which was a significant achievement. In terms of return on investment (ROI), we saw a 3x return, including both the immediate spend from new customers and the ongoing spend from those customers and their referees. The program not only brought in new customers but also encouraged existing ones to re-engage, leading to a boost in overall sales.

Successfully onboarded and built strong, collaborative partnerships with over 15 leading doctors, including renowned experts such as Dr Raj Arora, Dr Nora, Dr Hiba, Dr Tego, and Dr Zoya.
